We serve each Participant uniquely. After the application approval, the Center's owners form a team with the Participant's support, IE family, case worker, group home staff. The Participant, team and center staff give input to develop a plan to provide personalized services designed to meet the specific needs and preferences of the Participant. It is a creative process in which all team members help formulate a life of meaning and purpose for the Participant. The process is on-going as the Participant attends the center. The center provides daily snacks, however, lunch is usually brought from home, although can be customized and arranged through the center. In addition, personal cares, medication administration, health care monitoring and transportation are available on an individual basis.
