CTC Board of Directors Openings Consolidated Telephone Company (CTC) is accepting applications from members that are interested in joining the CTC Board of Directors. Three positions are open at this time: Director District 1 (2)- Lincoln, Randall and Director District 4 (1) Leader, Motley, Pillager Interested individuals must meet the following qualifications: Be a member in good standing and subscribe to CTC telephone service at the member's primary residence. Reside within District 1 (for the District 1 positions) or District 4 (for District 4 position) service territory. Have the skills, interest, and time to devote to overseeing CTC business. Attend monthly meetings (11 annually), plus other industry assemblies and training. Members of the CTC Board of Directors are responsible for representing the Cooperative membership and for developing strategies, policies, and objectives for the Cooperative.
