These positions are a Grade 30 with a present monthly salary $4,386 $5,724 (DOQ) QUALIFICATIONS: MINIMUM TRAINING, EXPERIENCE OR CERTIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in social work, psychology, sociology or closely related field or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in any field and one year of experience as a social worker in a public or private social services Agency. CLOSING DATE: Open until flled. CASE AIDE EMPLOYER: Cass County Health, Human and Veterans Services has one (1) current opening for a full-time Case Aide. This position is a Grade 20 with a present monthly salary $3,263 $4,259 (DOQ) QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree in the field of Social and Behavioral Science or closely related field or, three years of experience as a Community Case Aide working with children and families or similar experience in a public agency or private non-profit agency and extensive computer skills. Knowledge of individual and group behavior. Ability to work constructively within an agency in the community setting and effectively utilizing appropriate resources and services. Ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work effectively in a high stress, fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively. Extensive computer skills. Basic math skills. Ability to establish and maintain accurate and systematic records.
