COMMUNITY ACTION PEQUOT LAKES SERVING THE Community Action of Pequot Lakes COR Features Member Cindy Couture from Salon Couture One of Community Action's longtime supporters since its organization in 2009, Cindy Couture Noyes of Salon Couture grew up in Pine River, graduating from Pine River High School. After leaving for college, she returned to the area where she has been doing hair for 32 years, 29 years of being on her own in Pequot Lakes. Nine years ago, Cindy -10. moved to her current location on Government Drive where she has 7 employees (plus herself), five hair dressers, a nail technician, and a receptionist. With her husband, Brad of Big Deal Auctions, Cindy also juggles the lives of six boys between the ages of 32 to 17 all of who live in the area. Very active in hockey activities for 26 years, she also belongs to the Chamber and Gloria Dei Church. Community Action is extremely pleased that Cindy and Salon Couture have been a member for so many years.
