COMMUNITY ACTION Community Action of Pequot Lakes Features Member SERVING PEQUOT LAKES THE Karen's Mane Attraction Eighteen years ago, five years after opening a business in Pequot Lakes, Karen Ettesvold Bryan, opened her business, Karen's Mane Attraction, in its current location on W. Sibley Street. This savvy business person has been, as she says, "doing hair for a total of almost 40 years." A former Pequot Lakes Park Board member who loves to garden, Karen and her husband, Jim, enjoy their six grandchildren, one just newly born. And then there is a one year old puppy, Baily, who keeps them extremely busy. One of Karen's main contributions to CAPL has been the design and ordering of those wonderful Pequot Lakes hats you see around town.
